For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 30 days before arrival: No charge
- 15-30 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 7-15 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 4-7 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 3 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Notes:
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

12:45 – 13:00 Proceed to the dining room for general information and safety briefing (3rd deck)
13:00 - 14:30 Lunch is served in the dining room
14:45 - 16:00 Visit Sung Sot cave for hiking and exploring the stalactite and stalagmite formation with 720 steps. Rubber shoes and sandals are highly recommended16:15 - 17:15 Visit Titop island for hiking and swimming (Towels are provided)
17:00 - 19:00 Happy Hour promotion (Buy One Get One Free) (Applied for House wine, long drinks, beers, Soft drinks and cocktails)17:45 - 18:30 Cooking demonstration on the sundeck/dining room (optional)

09:30 - onwards Full breakfast is served while the cruise goes back to the main port

Our cruise couldn't be faulted! From the moment we arrived until we left we had fantastic service and quality! There is about 400 boats floating around and half are day boats! We found the professionalism of the Aphrodite crew outstanding and believe they were a big reason for our enjoyment! You must stay 2 nights to really enjoy it! Everyone who went 1 night wishes they stayed longer!

Did an overnight cruise with Aphrodite Cruises and had a fantastic time!!!!! Anna was a great help very charming and clever and informative. We had a terrace suite which was very comfortable best nights sleep ever !!!! and i dont usually like boats)...the food and wine was superb truly 5*.......The chef Kevin was very very good. Phillip was very nice and helpful.....had a fantastic massage which wasn't expensive but first class....sorry girls i have forgotten your names.....trip to the cave was brilliant and kayaking in a lagoon provided great memories.....the boat was not overcrowded our only regret was not spending longer here ......next time hopefully.......

I booked the 2 day, one night cruise. I had a great time and met several lovely people, both crew and guests. I loved the beautiful wood in my room and was impressed that it had a real bathroom! The bed and linens were extremely comfortable, there was a good air conditioner, and I slept very well. The food was all good and nicely presented. I enjoyed the caves. I was happy that I opted for the kayak excursion and saw wild monkeys! I also did the early morning tai chi. My memories of the sunset from the top deck will remain forever. This was my one big splurge on my trip but I have no regrets.

Had a lovely time on the cruise of Halong Bay. We stayed for 1 night and 2 days which we felt was enough however not due to the hospitality but the bay itself. The food was tasty, from a 4 course lunch and dinner to a buffet brunch which had many options both local and international. Activities are the same no matter what cruise you select which makes them super busy and detracts from the experience. Nothing to do with the cruise though and highly recommend it.

We booked 2days/1night with Aphrodite cruises in Halong Bay. The boats exterior wasn’t too impressive- but quite nice in an old fashion way. The interior was very nice and elegant. The cabin (we had a doble bed with balcony) was small but excellent. And the bed was....I haven’t had such a good bed in weeks!:) The food was good, the cocktails weren’t that good but we came for the view and adventure and we didn’t get disappointed. Fantastic! We went for a cave tour and a small wooden boat took us through another cave and into a lake with only one entrance (and only when the water is low). Lovely! The staff was fabulous and the trip well worth the cost. Go for it!
