"I very much enjoyed the cruise thank you"
I very much enjoyed the cruise thank you and for the 1st 4 points I would give 10/10
However, the activities I would only rate 7/10 I enjoyed the visit to the floating visit however I was disappointed with tiptop island. There was a petrol generator on the beach & I felt the fumes the noise & fumes spoilt what should have been a relaxing experience

"I very much enjoyed the cruise thank you"
In general, the cruise was great! Our tour guide had a vast knowledge an could answer questions to a satisfying level. Staff on board (especially the waiters) were professional and very friendly - always with a smile on their faces. What I liked the most was to be among the first people in Sung Sot cave (early morning, I think it was 7.30 am) so we could admire the picturesque rock formations in more detail than people who were behind us and had to be chased through. All in all - highly recommended!

"Cruise staff was generally friendly and helpful."
Cruise staff was generally friendly and helpful.
At first glance, we were delighted to see a clean and cozy cabin. We then noticed that the cabin door could not be shut properly, with a 0.2cm gap between the door and the door frame. Anybody could peep into the cabin to see what was going on in the cabin (though it was very unlikely that it would happen). The staff onboard responded immediately with a quick fix i.e. sealing the gap with a strip of paper as per our request. Apart from that, both the fan and air-conditioner in the cabin were not working properly. There was no window in the cabin and we had to endure sleeping in a stuffy cabin over night. We actually felt "glad" that we only had to spend one night onboard. Given this poor quality of its cabin, we doubt whether Indochina Cruise could really meet its selling proposition as a luxury cruise for VIPs.

"Quality meals"
Quality meals
Poor tour management. There were 3 Indochina sails boats on The day we went to our cruise. We felt disappointed when we realised all the passengers were from the same nationality -australians- except from us. We felt really appart and out of the context and were even more upseted when we realised the other two indochina sail boats had young european couples just like us. A good service requires a good management and this situation was obviously bad managed.

"What can I say about the trip/cruise on Halong bay"
What can I say about the trip/cruise on Halong bay..... it was just amazing, wonderful and just well planned. The staff was very friendly and the food was just so fine! I think the cruise was so good and I would certainly return to do it again... for sure.
However, for the price that is charged (for example, i payed over $300!!!!!) I just think that the return bus trip should be included in the price you pay. The local buses travel from Hanoi to Halong for very cheap... so it does not cost so much for bus transport which is why i think for such a expensive (but worth it) cruise, bus transport should be included! Also, the water that is the room for free, is just like a mini small bottle of water... at least there should be 2 normal bottles of water. Also during meal time, there should be water available for customers to drink. For example, if you visit some normal restaurants around the world, the servers are usually walking around making sure that each customer always has water in their glass. Of course, for other drinks like alcohol or soft drinks, it will be right to pay for that. But at least during meal time only, there should be water available .
Finally one more personal thing.... I had a massage on the ship and it was $30. I have traveled around many country in south east asia and got many massages! I have payed $30 for a massage just 1 time before and the other times the price was much much cheaper. I don't really mind the price.. I can pay $30 , but it is only for 45 min! Also, i was really surprised that the oil the person used was just Johnson baby oil ... this is a very cheap kind of oil that we can buy at home. I have never had a massage where they used a normal kind of oil that you can buy at any shop. Usually the massage price is $30 because there are different kind of oils that are used. Also, the woman giving the massage , I think, was not trained in giving massage because it was a little painful at times and just not relaxing at all.

So, this is just the observations from my experience. However, the cruise was really wonderful and I would certainly use your service again, 100%!
