"attentive staff."
Both the cruise ship and all staff were delightful – the entire experience was very enjoyable! Delicious food, spacious rooms (for a ship!) and attentive staff.

The Surprise Cave was very crowded with many tour groups going through at the same time all discussing different elements of the cave. It made it difficult to follow what any one tour guide was saying because it was so noisy. It is probably not possible to stagger the tour groups any more than is already…

"Halong bay. "
I would highly recommend this cruise in Halong bay. The whole experience was amazing and the ship was so much fun.

"The staff are very friendly"
The staff are very friendly, attentive and response to our requests promptly…………………………….

Perhaps should highlight to guests on physical activities so that guests can decide if elderly or child is suitable………

"3 day 2 night Halong Bay Cruise."
Our family of 4 including 2 children aged 8 and 10 really loved the 3 day 2 night Halong Bay Cruise. The boats were lovely, the rooms nicely furnished, and the staff very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed the food although we ate too much of it! The activities were well planned. We especially enjoyed the kayaking! All in all a very small criticism of one of the highlights if our trip to Vietnam.
We would highly recommend Paradise Cruises to anybody venturing to Halong Bay
The only thing the boats were lacking was a lounging area. Because we were there in early April and the weather not hot, the top deck was too cold to lay around on, and the dining room chairs not good for relaxing

"Paradise Luxury cruise"
I was surprised by the quality of the Paradise Luxury cruise. I am very happy with the boat, the food, and especially the service of everyone on board – with special mentions to Bobby and Tuan (the manager and the guide).
The set activities was great and very suitable for all ages. The crew created… »

If we have to have a negative, it might be that we don’t get to spend enough time on some activities – it seemed like a lot of time was spent travelling on the boat – but I really enjoyed sending time on the remote/secluded beach on the second day.

"The crew and the activities were excellent."
The crew and the activities were excellent. The activities were excellent and they made sure to take care of our needs throughout our trip.

Did not like being dropped off at "tourism trap" during our commute from Hanoi to Halong bay. We were forced to spend 30 minutes in an area were the pantings and souvenirs were overpriced and ridiculous. This was a complete waste of our time. Also, I would prefer if they offer more Vietnamese food on the ship.

"We enjoyed our cruise immensely"
We enjoyed our cruise immensely, especially when our Ship Manager Roy was in charge for the first night.

The atmosphere was just great, the replacement manager just didn’t have quite the same attitude. The only fault was that the menu was mainly seafood and for a person who doesn’t enjoy or east much seafood at all it was disappointing. Roy did ask if there was any food were had a allergy to or didn’t eat before we boarded, but never thought to say Seafood as I have never been anywhere where the only option was seafood

"definitely worth the trip"
we enjoyed the cruise tremendously, definitely worth the trip…………………….

journey from Hanoi is long, road conditions not great and shuttle bus a bit full to be comfortable……………………………

"Really enjoyed the cruise,"
Really enjoyed the cruise, staff, food and activities were perfect.

More storage hooks, space in the cabins would be good.
